Vinyl Siding Installation

Protect Your Home and Give It a Fresh New Look

At Nuisance Wildlife Control, we don’t just handle animal removal—we also help homeowners repair and reinforce their homes to prevent future problems. One of the best ways to restore and protect a structure is with professional vinyl siding installation.

Whether you're dealing with damage from animals, weather, or just want a clean, updated appearance, we follow a step-by-step process to make sure your siding is installed correctly, securely, and built to last.

Step 1: Inspection & Prep Work

Before we begin, we conduct a full inspection of the exterior to check for:

  • Wood rot

  • Moisture damage

  • Previous wildlife entry points

  • Old siding that needs to be removed

We remove any damaged material and replace it with fresh wood or sheathing. This step ensures a solid, level base for your new siding.

Step 2: Installing House Wrap

Next, we install a high-quality weather-resistant barrier (house wrap). This helps protect your home from moisture infiltration and increases energy efficiency.

We tape all seams and cut around windows, doors, and other openings for a clean, sealed fit.

Step 3: Installing High Density Foam

After we finish the house wrap we put in high density foam boards that serve several crucial purposes, including insulation, moisture control, and support.

Step 4: Hanging the Vinyl Siding

Now we begin attaching the vinyl siding panels from the bottom up. We make sure each row locks securely into the one below and is nailed loosely to allow for expansion and contraction with temperature changes.

We cut pieces precisely to fit around features like windows, outlets, and soffits.

Step 5: Finishing Touches

Once all panels are in place, we install top pieces, trim, and fascia to finish the job and give your home a clean, professional appearance.

We inspect every inch to make sure everything is secured and aligned properly, and we clean up the job site completely.
